Years ago, the majority of orders were ordered via fax and were confirmed with phone calls once we got back into the office. Best of all, the file is hosted on our site for 90 days. So if anything happens to the file, you can log back into our site and retrieve it without having to wait on us to send it again.

Gathering the data for an appraisal is a demanding process.. We spend quite a bit of time collecting the facts on the subject property, as well as the local market data and trends. DANIEL I KANDEL employs technology to close the gap once again.
